Independent asset consultant
A new Australian foundation. An independent Australian foundation in establishment, using responsible AI to reduce social inequality and lift socio-economic mobility, productivity, healthcare quality and household wealth. It will have an independent-majority board. Its name is shared with shortlisted respondents once they agree to keep it confidential.
Advise a new Public Ancillary Fund on its Investment Policy Statement and run the selection of independent investment managers and a custodian.
Context. The foundation's public fund will hold the foundation's long-term capital and named giving funds for donors, including gifts of listed and unlisted shares. It is independent of the founder's other business interests and has no exposure to them.
Why it matters. A clear investment policy protects the endowment and the grants it funds, and shows donors their gifts are managed independently.
