Capital introducer, success fee only
An Australian real-assets acquisition platform. A new Australian platform formed to buy and hold essential real-asset businesses outside real estate, starting with quarries and construction aggregates. Its name is shared with shortlisted respondents once they agree to keep it confidential.
Map investors, make warm introductions and run the raise with the founder: search capital first, then equity and debt for the first acquisition of quarries and construction aggregates.
Context. A new Australian platform is being formed to buy and hold essential real-asset businesses outside real estate, starting with quarries and construction aggregates, then infrastructure services such as fuel storage, water and transport. The founder is searching for the anchor acquisition now, using a register of every licensed quarry and fuel facility in Australia, and will then recruit operator-CEOs for each vertical under a permanent holding company.
Why it matters. Councils and family owners hold hundreds of Australia's quarries, many without a succession plan, while demand for local construction materials keeps rising. Patient capital that respects local supply, jobs and rehabilitation keeps these assets in strong hands.
