Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy
A new Australian foundation. An independent Australian foundation in establishment, using responsible AI to reduce social inequality and lift socio-economic mobility, productivity, healthcare quality and household wealth. It will have an independent-majority board. Its name is shared with shortlisted respondents once they agree to keep it confidential.
Bring capital through the door: named giving funds for founders, regranting partnerships with global and Australian funders, and the foundation's most important grants.
Context. The foundation's first-year target is A$10–15 million, mostly through named giving funds hosted in its public fund and a small number of large partnerships. This is its first senior hire.
Why it matters. Every program the foundation runs depends on the capital this role raises. It is the foundation's highest-impact hire.
